Between the Veils: Herbs for Grounding & Intuitive Expansion

Between the Veils: Herbs for Grounding & Intuitive Expansion

Wild Garden Vol.3

As we move through this season of thin veils, I find myself returning again and again to the plants that walk between worlds.
There’s a special kind of magic in herbs that both ground us deeply and open us to insight, intuition, and guidance medicine that helps us root into the Earth while reaching toward the unseen.
In this week’s edition of The Wild Garden, I’m sharing a ritual herbal blend (and the wisdom behind it) that supports this sacred in-between.

🌾 The Intention: Rooted + Receptive
We often think of spiritual work as ascending or awakening, but without roots, our wings falter. This blend was created to support:

Clear psychic receptivity Emotional regulation Nervous system support Ancestral remembrance Protection and presence

🌿 The Plant Allies: Dual Purpose Energetics

Each herb in this blend holds both earth-rooted medicine and sky-reaching magic perfect for rituals, divination, dreamwork, or moon-tending.
