What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

For me it’s either hiking or walking as both offer movement. Hiking you can get all muscle groups depending on the terrain you are hiking in and walking I can go slow or as fast as I want to. I don’t do gyms as they make exercise seem bleh, and I am less likely to do it. But with hiking or walking I get to be out in nature and then it becomes more intentional.
