There are qualities that make a good leader and different kinds of leading style but for me I can say the following are some of the qualities:

1. Clear Communication
2. Sets standards
3. Holds accountability to all fairly
4. Actively Listens
5. Shapes others into leaders
6. Creates a environment for employees to feel confident in expressing ideas and thoughts
7. Leads by example
8. Takes accountability for themselves
9. Keeps policies fair and equitable
10. Holds their self to the same standards as their employees

This just a top 10 pick for me.
